Summary: The hotel has changed its name and unfortunately service. Room wasn't serviced during my stay and towels not changed. Reception wasn't always staffed so nobody to request clean towels. I ran out of shower gell and toilet paper. I had to leave a note requesting toilet paper as when i arrived, there was only 2 almost finished rolls in the room. Room was comfortable and warm enough.
